That epic list of resolutions and intentions—to meditate, work out 5 times a week, change up your diet, and more—end up in your rearview by the end of February, if not before. Kick burnout to the curb and actualize your goals this year by embarking on our reset and restore retreat. It will give you the time needed to reconnect with your path and purpose, with a like-minded community on hand for support.

Designed purely to re-balance you mentally, physically and emotionally – at the end of this awe-inspiring journey, expect to have formed a deeper understanding of the powerful physical and esoteric tools needed to shed negativity and propel your life’s purpose into the present. You will return home fully revitalised and better prepared to cope with all the little and big stresses of life.

Discover the healing power of both yoga and meditation with restorative sessions and classes designed to de-stress your mind, body and re-energise your whole system. Have fun and laughter in our wonderful uplifting workshops where you will learn to embrace life, own your wellness and bring back your natural joyful state.

This Adelaide retreat is located at one of Australians most scenically beautiful locations, where communing with nature is food for the soul. This private estate will take your breath away, with it’s unique coastal wildlife and amazing southern ocean views. Inbetween classes you can enjoy epic scenic walks along the cliff tops, lazing on the private secluded beaches, or take a dip in the ocean swimming pool – all are at your door step. Your rooms are also a beautiful sanctuary to relax in – with 180 degree views of the vast ocean in front of you Plus they are large, spacious and stunning.

Throughout this retreat, you will enjoy a healthy balance of activity and inactivity, allowing you to create more white-space for you to enjoy the simple splendors of your surroundings. Eating ridiculously healthy and delicious meals is also a very big part of our retreat and seen as a wonderful time to gather, share and chat. All meals from Friday dinner through to Sunday breakfast – high quality vegetarian dishes all with fresh local produce. Special meals can be arranged for those with allergies or dietary concerns. Day 1 

Afternoon Sessions

  • Opening circle
  • Slow Flow yoga to release stress
  • Meditation Workshop – Learn how to meditate.
  • Upa -Yoga – learn a simple yet powerful set of 10 – five minute practices that activate the joints, muscles, and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa Yoga dispels inertia in the body’s energy and brings ease to the whole system.

Evening Sessions

  • Uplifting workshop – Embrace life – Own your wellness – Bring back your natural joyful state
  • Guided meditation – Deep relaxation.
  • Closing Circle

Day 2 

Morning Sessions

  • Upa Yoga – moving through the powerful set of 10 – postures that activate the joints, muscles, and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system
  • Meditation- Setting daily intentions – followed by mindfulness Nature Walk.
  • Mid-morning dynamic yoga – Get your body moving in this intermediate yoga class.

Afternoon Sessions

  • Own Your Wellness Workshop – How to make self-care part of your everyday life.
  • Mindfuness Nature Walk

Evening Sessions

  • Slow down Yoga session
  • Guided Meditation – Deep relaxation
  • Closing Circle

Day 3

What To Bring

Comfortable clothing for both yoga and meditation. Comfortable walking shoes to walk in nature. A water bottle. Jumper in case of cooler weather. Maybe a good book for your free time. Sunscreen and hat. Bathers if you like swimming in the ocean.

We will provide yoga mats and meditation chairs.

Emma Wallace is the founder of The Zen Room Meditation Studio, the first of its kind in Australia. Emma’s meditation training and teachings has been sort after in the medical field, universities and corporate sector. Many people have heard about the far-reaching benefits of meditation and mindfulness yet have found it difficult to practice on a regular basis due to difficulties quieting their mind. Emma provides a more mainstream approach to meditation & mindfulness making it easy to adopt into your modern life and enjoy the many health and wellbeing benefits.  Emma has been involved in teaching for over 25yrs her work has taken her around the world. In the last year alone Emma has held over 500 meditation classes – leading thousands in meditation.

Daniela Lüthi

Daniela Lüthi is a certified senior yoga instructor from Switzerland, and she has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Daniela has been running a yoga studio for the last 15 yeas in Zürich Switzerland and is leading Yoga Retreats since 20 years all over the world. Daniela is a very passionate yoga teacher and with her 20 years experience able to adjust the postures to whoever is there. She will give you tools to integrate into your daly life to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

Is an experienced trainer and assessor who delivers both accredited and non-accredited training in a unique, stimulating and participative way.  After years of experience working in her own businesses and for others, Dianne now specialise in delivering training to entrepreneurs, CEO’s of small to large firms.  Dianne is renowned for her ability in opening up pathways for people to reach their goals by teaching them both practical knowledge and psychological skills. Her training is insightful enabling people to appreciate their strengths, gain confidence in their abilities and her strategies are practical and useful to navigating the world of life and work.

120 days prior to the retreat start date we will refund you in full. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to the retreat we are not able to offer any refund.The Zen Room will provide a full refund if we are unable to run the retreat for any reason.
