In session one
Stress is one aspect of life that is making too many people’s life difficult. In this short yet very effective course you will learn how to manage your body, your mind, and your emotions. We often think it is our job, our partner, or our life situations, the unpaid bills, which are our stresses. But
stress is essentially our inability to manage our own system. Life situations are always there for everyone but each person manages it differently depending upon how smoothly his or her own system functions within itself.
If you want to live your life in a joyful manner and offer the same to people around you, it is extremely important that you know what it means to manage your interiority. This is what you will learn in this short yet extremely effective 2-hour programme.
LEARN DIFFERENT MEDITATIONS FOR DIFFERENT OUTCOMES
In session two
You will learn three different forms of meditation that when used in combination with each other will be transformative to your life.
Visualization Meditations is a healthy way of bringing positive energy into your mind, body and spirit and expanding your capacity to focus the mind. Visualization meditation trains the subconscious mind to make choices that will lead to the realization of an individual’s goals.
Mindfulness Meditation. Reduces stress, anxiety, and negative emotions, and sharpens your concentration skills. It is a simple and practical tool for re-connection back into inner-presence.
Breathing Meditation is a very useful tool to have in your back pocket. Can be done anywhere and only takes a couple minutes to bring you’re the heart rate down and clam your nerves system. Perfect to do just before a big meeting, talk, exams or whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
