01. LEARN HOW TO MEDITATE

In this class you will learn how to create the necessary atmosphere within yourself so you natural and easliy move into a meditative state. You cannot do meditation but you can become meditative. Meditation is a certain quality. It is not a certain act. If you cultivate your body, in to a complete sense of ease where there is no friction or tension then meditation will naturally happen. It is just like if you keep the soil fertile, flowers and fruits will come out of a plant not because you want it, but simply because you created the necessary, conducive atmosphere. Similarly, if you create the necessary atmosphere within yourself,  then meditation will naturally flower within you.

02. LEARN TO USE MEDITATION TO MANIFEST WHAT YOU WANT IN LIFE

In this class we look directly at some of the emotions that continually seem to arise in our lives that prevents us from extracting the most out of life. Who you are, what your thoughts are, what emotions you have and how you are right at this moment will manifest in every action that you perform in the world. We will reflect on what you are manifesting in your life and how you can from this point on conscoiusly manifest your dreams and desires into reality.  We will bring this to life in our mediation in this session bringing your mind into alignment with your dreams and wishes.

03 and 04. LEARN DIFFERENT MEDITATIONS FOR DIFFERENT OUTCOMES

In class 3 and 4 you will learn three different forms of meditation that when used in combination with each other will be transformative to your life.

Visualization Meditations is a healthy way of bringing positive energy into your mind, body and spirit and expanding your capacity to focus the mind. Visualization meditation trains the subconscious mind to make choices that will lead to the realization of an individual’s goals.

Mindfulness Meditation. Reduces stress, anxiety, and negative emotions, and sharpens your concentration skills. It is a simple and practical tool for re-connection back into inner-presence.

Breathing Meditation is a very useful tool to have in your back pocket. Can be done anywhere and only takes a couple minutes to bring you’re the heart rate down and clam your nerves system. Perfect to do just before a big meeting, talk, exams or whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
