Can I suspend my membership?
You can suspend your account for a minimum of one month at a time, please notify us via email at least 48hrs prior and we’ll action it. Email ask@thezenroom.com.au
Direct Debit charged every 4 weeks.
No long-term contracts or setup fees.
Fees/Class passes are not transferable or refundable. Class passes should be used prior to the expiry date. In the event of serious injury or illness where an extended absence is required an email requesting an extension can be sent to ask@thezenroom.com.au
We reserve the right to make changes to our timetable from time to time. Passes are for individual use only. No refunds, transfers, or extensions.
Subject to these Terms and our policies (including, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and, other terms), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. You may download content from our Services only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain The Zen Room written permission to otherwise use the content. You may not download streaming media in order to exceed our Service access periods (time periods) when applicable. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, unless expressly permitted by The Zen Room, and you will not share with any third party access to or access information for your account. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
The Zen Room respects the intellectual property rights of our users, Content Providers, and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using the Services. We have adopted and implemented The Zen Room Copyright and Trademark Policy in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
